Instructions for session chairs
Are you chairing an ICCSA 2021 session?
We have made some last-minute changes to the parallel session programme, so we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you review the detailed programme to check if, when and where you're chairing a session.
If you are, most of the general instructions are already available at our Welcome to ICCSA 2021 page.
If you're a session chair:
- show up at least 15 minutes before the session start: if you're participating online please join the session online room, if you're participating in-presence show up in the respective room at the conference venue;
- sessions have technical assistants assigned to each room to help you running the session; you can find their names in the programme; please identify them before the session start to get acquainted and make the last arrangements;
- we have allotted 15 minutes maximum for each presentation (10 minutes presentation, 5 minutes discussion); please make sure that the presenters are on time and that the session ends according to the programme;
- after each paper presentation, you should fill in the evaluation form for the "Best Paper Award". The technical assistant in the room will provide you the (reserved) link to the online form.
